Moving between cells When editing a cell you can move to adjacent cells using either the arrow keys, or the tab key.
Use the tab key (rather than the space bar) to indent information to create a neat effect.
Now get to the map view by pressing the TAB key.
Click on the location you want with the mouse, then press the TAB key again.
For example, after typing in text, the user can simply push the tab key to create the columns of a table and then push enter to add the rows.
