Neptunium Series Definition

The radioactive series of nuclides starting with neptunium-237, with a half-life of 2.2 x 10⁶ years, and ending with stable bismuth-209: many radionuclides, as plutonium-241 and uranium-237, eventually decay into neptunium-237 and are often considered members of the neptunium series.
