Modified Newtonian Dynamics Definition

A variation of Newton's laws of motion, developed to explain the relatively constant orbital velocity of stars around the center of a galaxy without hypothesizing the existence of dark matter, in which force is not directly proportional to mass times acceleration when the accelerations are very small, having instead a lower value.
