Fold the bottom edge up a bit (the exact length will depend on how big your baby is; if you have large liners and a newborn, this fold will be quite large).
Pull the bottom right edge up to meet the top right edge.
Fold the bottom right edge up so it meets the centerline and the top edge.
Fold the paper in half again, folding the bottom edge up to match the top edge.
