D(ocument) T(ype) D(efinition)
From American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language, 5th Edition
The EAD Document Type Definition (DTD) is a standard for encoding archival finding aids for collections of material using SGML.
When the parameter entity is referred to by name in the DTD, it is expanded into a string.
There is no way for XSL-T to determine wether a given attribute comes from the source or the DTD.
